What Are Silicone Heat Transfers?
Why Choose 3D Silicone Heat Transfers
-
Premium raised effect
Logos sit 0.5–2 mm above the fabric with a clean molded edge — a level of dimension flat prints and ordinary transfers cannot match.
-
Sample-first workflow
Every program starts with a real sample pressed on your fabric. You approve adhesion, hand feel, color, and stretch behavior before any bulk commitment.
-
Stretch-friendly finish
Engineered for sportswear and yoga wear. Stretch and recovery are tested against your specific elastane content before production locks in.
-
Matte or gloss surface
Choose soft matte for understated branding or gloss for sharper logo contrast. Both share the same durability and cleaning profile.
-
OEM repeat consistency
Logo height, Pantone, finish, packing, and heat-press settings are documented per program and reproduced across re-orders.
-
Lab-style quality checks
Wash (50+ cycles), stretch recovery, edge adhesion, water and oil contact reviewed before any sample leaves the factory.

Frequently Asked Questions
A silicone heat transfer is a raised, molded design pressed onto fabric with heat. The silicone layer sits a couple of millimeters above the fabric, so the logo has real depth and a soft, rubbery feel you can run your finger over.
For the cleanest sample turnaround, send a vector AI or PDF with all text already outlined. It also helps to include the finished logo dimensions, your color reference, the garment's fabric content, where the logo sits on the garment, your target quantity, and any special testing you need (wash standards, REACH, child-safety, etc.).
Yes. Whenever you give us the fabric details or a swatch, we press the sample on the same or a closely matched material first, then check adhesion, stretch behavior, wash performance, water and oil resistance, and edge stability. Only after it passes do we send it to you for review.
Yes, especially on sportswear and yoga wear up to about 20% elastane. We typically reduce the silicone height a touch and check the stretch direction, so the logo moves with the fabric instead of cracking or whitening at the edges. Exactly how it performs depends on artwork, height, fabric, and press settings, so we always confirm on a sample first.
Silicone shines on bold logos, lettering, and brand marks. As a general guide, keep stroke widths above about 1 mm if you're using a 0.5 mm height. Anything finer than that, we'll usually suggest a sample review, a lower silicone height, or pairing silicone with a flat print for the detail areas.
Yes. We use transfer-grade silicone that can be supplied to RoHS, REACH, and OEKO-TEX standards when you tell us at the order stage. Compliance certificates are available on request for those batches.
The MOQ is 500 pieces per design. The more you order, the better the unit price usually gets, so just send us your target quantity and we'll put a quote together.
Bulk production kicks off only after you've signed off on the sample. From there, we usually need 10–15 working days, give or take depending on quantity, finish, and any certifications.
