Yes if the timeline allows it. From confirmed artwork to delivered merch we need 3 to 5 working days for sampling, 7 to 10 working days for production, and 4 to 8 days for air freight to most major event markets (US, UK, EU, AU). Total: roughly 14 to 23 days minimum. Talk to us as soon as the event date is locked, even before final artwork. We can reserve press time against your provisional deadline.

Q: What is the lowest per-piece cost you can offer for bulk merch?

Offset printing transfers on cotton tees, 5,000+ pcs per design with a 1 to 2 color logo, lands in the lowest per-piece cost bracket in our pricing structure. For non-spot-color or smaller-volume jobs, DTF flat per-piece pricing is the next best option. Send the volume, color count and garment type and we will quote both options side by side.

Q: Can you handle a multi-SKU merch range as a single project?

Yes, and we recommend it. Running tees, hoodies, totes, caps and any polyester pieces in the same production window means matched color across the range, single freight consolidation, and single point of contact through delivery. Send the SKU list with quantities per design per SKU and we quote the full program in one document.

Q: Do you provide the blank merch, or only the transfer decoration?

Both. We have established blank suppliers across cotton tees, hoodies, totes, polyester jerseys, caps and beanies, and can supply finished decorated merch packed per SKU, per design, per size as required. Alternatively we supply transfers only to your existing blank sourcing pipeline.

Q: Can you drop-ship to multiple event venues or fulfillment centers?

Yes. We can split a single production run into multiple shipments to different addresses (event venue, multi-city fulfillment centers, sponsor offices) with per-address packing lists and per-address freight documents. Specify the split at order placement.

Q: What happens if I need to add a late-stage design or quantity bump?

Late additions are feasible if requested before the production launch date. Adding a design to an existing program (provided color count and substrate are compatible with the live run) typically costs 3 to 5 additional days. Quantity bumps on an existing design are usually doable without timeline impact if requested in the first half of the production window. Talk to us as early as possible.

Fabric and garment considerations

Cotton tee blanks: the merch workhorse

DTF, offset and silicone all bond cleanly. DTF for low to mid volume and multi-design ranges, offset for bulk single-design, silicone for premium gifting.
Cotton hoodies and crewnecks: premium and crew merch

Polyester sports jerseys: race day, fan jerseys

Sublimation for white and light base, stretch DTF for dark. Player names and numbers run in the same production pass for team-aligned programs.
Cotton tote bags and drawstring bags: giveaway carriers

DTF for full-color event artwork, offset for high-volume single-color logos. Totes are often the highest-impression piece in the merch range because they travel home with the recipient.
Caps and beanies: event headwear
