Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to the website of Jiashan Mona Printing Technology Co., Ltd. ("Mona", "we", "us"). By accessing our website, requesting a quote, or placing an order, you ("Client", "Buyer") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Custom Manufacturing & Orders
Custom Nature of Goods
All products manufactured by Mona (including but not limited to Silicone transfers, DTF, and Care Labels) are custom-made to your specific design and requirements. Therefore, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once production has begun.
Artwork & Color Matching
- Artwork Quality: The Client is responsible for providing high-resolution artwork (Vector/AI/PDF preferred). We are not responsible for poor print quality resulting from low-resolution files provided by the Client.
- Color Accuracy: While we strive to match Pantone (PMS) colors as closely as possible, slight color variations may occur due to substrate differences, ink batches, and screen configurations. A 100% exact match is not guaranteed unless a physical proof sample is approved.
Payment Terms
- Payment Methods: We accept T/T (Bank Wire Transfer), PayPal (for samples/small orders), and other methods as agreed in the invoice.
- Deposit: For bulk orders, a deposit (typically 30%-50%) is required to initiate production, with the balance due before shipment.
- Currency: All transactions are settled in USD unless otherwise stated.
Shipping & Delivery
Incoterms Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all shipments are FOB (Free On Board) Shanghai/Ningbo or Ex-Works (EXW) Jiashan Factory. This means the risk of loss or damage passes to the Buyer once the goods leave our facility or are handed to the carrier.
Customs & Duties The Buyer is solely responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees in their destination country. Mona is not responsible for delays caused by customs hold-ups.
Intellectual Property & Indemnification
Client's Responsibility
You warrant that you own the copyright or have the necessary license for all logos, designs, and artwork you submit to Mona for printing.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Jiashan Mona Printing Technology Co., Ltd. harmless from any claims, damages, or legal fees arising from the alleged infringement of any third-party intellectual property rights (e.g., if you ask us to print a "Nike" logo without authorization, you bear the legal consequences).
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mona shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost profits or business interruption) arising from the use of our products or delay in delivery. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the specific order in question.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of Jiashan County, Zhejiang Province.
